Review of Toro Toro 21" 60v Max Electric snow blower Power clear mode 39901
Purchased a new Toro 21” 60v Max Electric Battery Power Clear Snowblower model 39901 a few days ago. I live in the Chicago area, sometimes we get heavy windy Snow. This is the demonstration of the new snowblower when we hit a foot of snow. There is frozen snow at the bottom layer. This snow blower handled pretty well. You may face difficulty removing the snow left by the village snow plower at the driveway other than it is doing a good job compared to my neighbor's gas-powered snowblower. I tried to use a different brand 18" battery operated snow blower which did not work and returned to the store. The assembly is pretty simple 1. Remove the bottom screws, align the handle with the holes, insert the screws and tight 2. Insert the chute, align with holes and press it hard 3. Insert the chute controller rod through the hole on the chassis. The rod is not very long, hope they make it an adjustable length type. 4. Tight the screws of the front handle Battery charge time is almost 3 hours, You can use the snowblower for approximately 45 minutes on a fully charged battery. During the demo, I spent 30 minutes and still 2 bars left on the battery indicator. Make sure you wipe the moisture from the battery before you plugin for charging. The LED light is pretty useful when you remove the snow during night time, I wish they add a photosensor or manual switch to turn off the LED light during daytime.
